Utility Pipe Tracing

The wet test normally entails connecting the inlet to a pump & water supply
using a pressure fed supply. The system is then completely charged with water to
a pressure of 10 bar measured at the inlet for a period of at least 15 min.
During this period, an inspection of the system is made to check that no leakage

PWG (Pulse Wave Generator) - this system consists of a receiver (geophone) and an electronic pulse generator (PWG) which is screwed on a water pipeline and/or a hydrant. This system allows location of non-metal pipes running up to 2 metres below the surface.
