At InDepth Water Management, safety is at the core of everything we do. That’s why we recently held a Management Safety Standdown Day, a pause in operations to refocus on key areas of health, safety, and team development.
The day included:
- Audit and RAMS training to refresh and align safety documentation and procedures
- Skills development and refresher training to ensure teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques
- PPE reviews to identify and replace any missing or worn-out gear
- Thorough equipment and vehicle checks to ensure all assets are safe and operational
These sessions are an important part of our commitment to continuous improvement. They help us maintain the high standards our clients expect, and support a safer, more efficient working environment for our teams.
